Genuine Iraqi Air Force-issue Breitling Navitimer Pluton. Now rare, these Breitlings were issued for a number of years to Saddam's air force pilots. The back is engraved with "Iraqi Air Force" and the Iraqi national emblem beneath which are the words "Air Force and Air Defence Command". The watch has obviously been used but is in good working condition. Comes in a black Breitling case. No manual but a photocopied one is available. SOLD
Antique 19th Century Arabian Safe Moneybox
This safe was made by Kyser & Rex of Frankford, Pennsylvania, circa 1882. It is both rare and considered one of the most ornate. The 4 sides depict 4 highly detailed embossed Arabian scenes. A beautiful geometric design decorates the top. Unlike many antique moneyboxes this one has its original key. Size 4 1/4 x 4 5/8 x 4 3/16 in. (10.8 x 11.75 x 10.64 cm)
Temple Architectural Piece
Hand-carved from one piece of solid mango wood. This architectural piece was salvaged from a building in Jaipur, India. Mounted to a modern-style museum mounting. The wood has been left in its original state with the beautiful grain very evident. Size 16"X12"X6".

Islamic School Writing Board
Writing boards were used in Islamic schools instead of paper, an expensive import. This particular example comes from Niger. The ink used was a charcoal and waterbase mix. This board also includes a talismanic diagram called "magic squares" which were used in the writing of talismans on paper. These would be folded, sealed in leather pouches and worn as protection against the evil eye

Moroccan Dagger
This old Moroccan dagger is made of gilted metal and polished stones. The handle and sheath are made of various polished semi-precious stones. Completing the construction is a gilted metal rope effect. The blade is a little rusty but otherwise this lovely dagger is in excellent condition. 12" overall.
